Camp Winona Session 2 for 8-11 year olds

These sessions are held each summer at YMCA Camp Winona near DeLand, Florida. The Camp is 47 acres populated by shady live oaks on the shores of beautiful Lake Winona.  Campers  enjoy all the activities provided by traditional camp life and have an opportunity to learn more about diabetes care. The diabetes camp is one of the largest in the world serving over 600 children each summer.  Campers come from every part of Florida, the Southeastern US, the Caribbean, and Mexico. Soccer, archery, sailing, swimming, camping out, making new friends and seeing old ones are all a hit with campers.
