SUMMER CAMP 2005 FEES

Financial aid is available.  Florida Diabetes Camp is a not for profit corporation not affiliated with any national diabetes organization, association or foundation and does not receive direct funding from these organizations.  Because of our limited resources we use a sliding scale based on family income.  CLICK HERE FOR FINANCIAL AID FORM

Florida's Diabetes Camp policy states that no child will be denied access to camp programs due to the ability of the family to pay the camp fee.  Please contact the camp office for financial aid forms.  Special family circumstances will be considered.

Florida Diabetes Camp is a United Way Agency in Alachua and Brevard Counties  Funding is available for children from those counties please indicate your county of residency on the financial aid form. 

Many businesses, service organizations like the Lions, Kiwanis, Rotary, Order of Eagles, Moose Lodges and religious groups sponsor children in their local area.  If you would like to assist in the process of obtaining funding for your child you can contact these organizations in your area first.  We will then follow up on your initial contact.  Please indicate this on your camp application financial aid form however, do not delay in sending your child's registration forms to the camp office.
